Through psychotherapy and counseling, I help young adults and older adults (age 17 and older) cope with stress, grief, loss, trauma, post-traumatic stress, depression, and anxiety - using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices. I have openings in my practice and have slots available on weekdays and some weeknight/weekend times as well.
I offer both in-person and telehealth visits. My office is in West Nyack, New York and it’s easily accessible from Orange County, Rockland County, and Westchester County.
Perhaps you are living through a loss or trauma that has made life feel heavy. Maybe you want to feel less anxious and more in-control of your life. Or perhaps you’re experiencing a difficulty that society does not fully recognize or know how to respond to, such as pet loss.
My approach is highly collaborative and welcoming. A licensed clinical social worker for 20 years, I have experience in clinical practice, teaching, clinical supervision, and executive-level management. I bring all of these experiences into my work.
