- tools for improving your mood and the steps that you feel able to take now,
- ways of thinking that might be tweaked to help you feel better, and
- how to bolster the supports that are available to you

It is known to have some important - but not too difficult - requirements and then to be easy to grow once those needs are met. For many people coping with depression, the right support and some tweaks to daily routine, can make a huge improvement in mood and outlook.
